  • How does the Hide Exam function work?

    Exam Break Procedure

    When a Food Manager Candidate needs to take a break, they or the EduProctor must:

    Hide Exam Process

    • Tap the "Hide Exam" button within the exam interface
    • The exam page will lock, displaying an "Unhide Exam" button
    • Tapping "Unhide Exam" will make the exam viewable again

    Important Timing Note

    Critical: The exam timer continues to run even when the exam is hiddenThis means the total exam time will continue to count down, regardless of whether the exam is visible or hidden.

  • What should I do if I need to take a break during the exam?

    If you need to take a break, you or the EduProctor must tap the "Hide Exam" button. This will lock the exam page and display an "Unhide Exam" button.

  • Does the exam timer stop when I hide the exam?

    No, the exam timer continues to count down even when the exam is hidden.

  • How do I resume the exam after taking a break?

    To resume, simply tap the "Unhide Exam" button, and the exam will become viewable again.

  • Can I take multiple breaks during the exam?

    While you can take breaks, each time you hide the exam, remember that the timer does not pause, so plan your breaks accordingly.

  • What happens if I forget to unhide the exam after a break?

    If you do not unhide the exam before time runs out, you will not be able to complete it, potentially resulting in a failing score.

  • Is there a limit to how long I can take a break?
