Joshua “Chef Pierre” Moore’s culinary journey began as a second chance and evolved into a life of purpose, discipline, and service through food. His craft was shaped by years in professional kitchens and refined through mentorship from three master-class chefs, including Chef John Folse, known as “The Godfather of Cajun Culture,” and Chef Matt Lawson, previous Executive Chef of the Houston Astros.
